You cannot future-proof a business by bolting new technology onto yesterday’s plan and expecting it to work.
I help founders, SMEs and leadership teams redesign the system beneath the symptoms, connecting commercial direction, people, decisions, knowledge and intelligent technology into the operating model the next stage requires.
I do not hand over a transformation plan and disappear. I architect the change, connect the moving parts and orchestrate it into working systems the business can actually use.
The business has outgrown the way it currently works.
Growth, new people and more technology were supposed to create capacity. Instead, the same decisions, knowledge and responsibilities keep finding their way back to a handful of people.
The next stage needs redesign, not more effort.
- Work comes back off-brand, incomplete or missing the point, so you redo it.
- Decisions disappear into messages and meetings, then return as problems you thought had already been settled.
- Data sits across different systems, hiding what is working, what is wasting money and where growth is actually coming from.
- AI is supposed to save time, but days disappear into prompts, tools and half-built systems that never become part of how the business actually works.
What looks like a technology problem is often a decision, ownership, knowledge or operating-model problem wearing a newer outfit.
AI needs reliable context. Automation needs a process worth automating. People need enough clarity and authority to act.
The business, the people and the systems have to evolve together.
I see the system beneath the symptoms.
The real problem rarely fits neatly into one professional box. Neither does my experience.
My work spans commercial strategy, business development, publishing, transformation, systems, technology, data, AI, architecture and delivery.
That breadth lets me connect what gets separated: the commercial ambition, the decisions, the people, the knowledge, the way work moves and the technology expected to support it.
- What looks like poor delegation may be people working without enough context or authority.
- What looks like an AI opportunity may first require a clearer process, stronger data or a decision nobody has made.
I challenge the proposed solution when it does not solve the real problem, and turn the route forward into work people can understand and carry.
Four ways to bring me into the work.
Some clients need a complex problem solved and implemented. Some need senior ownership through change. Others need their people equipped or their audience challenged.

Consulting & Implementation
I clarify what needs to change, design the route and help implement the systems, workflows, automation and operating structures that make it work in the real business.
Discuss a Transformation Project
Fractional Executive
I step into the senior role the business needs, providing direction, decisions and delivery through a significant period of change.
Discuss a Fractional Executive Role
Build capability that changes the work.
Practical workshops built around a real decision, capability gap or change the team needs to make, with learning that carries into Monday morning.
Discuss a Workshop
Shift how people see the problem.
Talks that connect the human, commercial and technological sides of change, shifting how audiences see the problem and what they do next.
Invite Eloise to SpeakThis is not AI consultancy with a strategy wrapper.
Most AI work starts with tools, use cases or efficiency. My work starts with how the whole business actually works: where it is going, how decisions are made, where knowledge lives, where ownership breaks down and what the next stage requires.
Technology becomes part of the answer, not the starting assumption. I am direct enough to say when the proposed solution is wrong, clear enough to explain why and practical enough to stay with the work until the moving parts become something the business can use.
A method for making both sides of transformation work together.
The Duality Architecture is my proprietary method and framework for connecting what a business intends with how it delivers, what people need with what systems support, and human judgement with intelligent technology.
It is not a fixed programme or package. It is the way I diagnose, design and build transformation around the real business.
Architecture Both sides move together
Transformation that can be understood, implemented and sustained.
Two examples, not a fixed journey.
The Duality Map and The Duality Core are two practical applications of the method. They may be used separately, together or not at all, depending on what the work requires.
Different businesses. Different markets. The same underlying challenge.
These short case studies show how I work across the whole business, not just the visible brief. Open each one to see what was happening, what needed to change and what became possible next.
01
Clinical educationBuilding the business behind a clinical education platform
A clinical expert had a strong course idea and the beginnings of a brand, but no shared source of truth, clear route to market, website, course platform or connected sales and marketing operation.
I became the executive adviser, transformation lead and project orchestrator across the business.
I built the central business brain; established the brand voice and operating foundations; coordinated the course and supporting materials; and connected the website, learning platform, CRM, sales packs, marketing workflows, data capture and reporting.
I also introduced agentic workflows that significantly reduced the time and cost involved in producing and managing marketing activity.
02
Skincare ecommerceTurning a skincare brand into a connected ecommerce and knowledge system
A premium skincare business held valuable clinical expertise, strong products and significant potential, but the knowledge, customer journey, technology and commercial opportunities were not yet operating as one system.
I worked across the ecommerce structure, website, customer journeys, automation, data capture, back-end operations, outreach and product-consignment opportunities.
I also helped develop an agentic consumer brain designed to make more of the expertise behind the products available without requiring the founder to answer every question personally.
The work connected the products, customer information, clinical knowledge and operating systems behind the brand.
03
Founder authorityTurning a founder’s expertise into a recognised authority platform
A founder wanted to move beyond clinical work and become known as a voice for women in business and wellbeing.
The ambition was there, but the book, personal brand, media activity, speaking, content and commercial opportunities existed as separate ideas.
I helped shape the wider strategy and then supported its execution across writing, publishing and launching the book; positioning and websites; publicity and media; podcasts and content; speaking opportunities; live events; outreach and the systems needed to hold it all together.
The work contributed to a number-one bestselling book, paid speaking engagements, extensive media appearances, a podcast and increased recognition in her field.
“Eloise did far more than help me publish a book. She helped me see how my book, personal brand, speaking, media work, skincare business and future plans could work together as one connected business. She has guided me through the strategy, systems, publicity, technology and decisions behind it all, and helped me become known for the work I most want to do.”

Brand photographyRebuilding an owner-dependent service around recurring revenue
A brand photographer was operating alone, with leads, client communication, content, bookings, photography assets and follow-up all depending on her remembering what needed to happen next.
I pulled the operation apart, clarified the commercial outcome and rebuilt the business around it.
I implemented GoHighLevel, cleaned and structured the CRM and lead pipeline, organised the photography-management systems and created automated triggers, notifications and follow-up workflows.
I also established a repeatable content process, developed workflows for finding and planning shoot locations, and helped redesign the packages so the business could increase revenue without increasing the founder’s hours at the same rate.
Leads stopped being missed. Actions requiring human attention became visible. Approximately 80% of the operating workflow could run without the founder being continuously involved.
In every case, the visible request was only one part of the real problem.
The job was to connect the commercial model, the founder’s expertise, the customer journey, the people, the knowledge, the data, the systems and the technology, so the business could carry what came next.
The technology has changed. The pattern in the feedback has not.
Clients have consistently trusted me to understand the wider purpose, connect what others separate and walk them through the work without leaving them behind.
“Eloise understands and knows how to execute across business, publishing, marketing, technology, websites and funnels. She has been the only professional who fully and truly understood and cared about my purpose.”
“She’ll not only teach you why you’re taking the steps, but she’ll also walk you through them.”
“With gentle, clear, focused direction it is easy to follow and apply. Eloise keeps you on track and moving towards your goal.”
“Eloise keeps us on track through the use of a project-management system, which has helped me feel more organised and keeps me on top of what I need to achieve.”
I make complicated things clearer without making people feel stupid.
I am direct, curious and practical. I ask the awkward question when everyone is politely working around it, but I do not use complexity to make people feel small.
People need to feel safe enough to tell the truth about what is not working. From there, I explain the pattern in plain English, challenge what needs challenging and turn it into a route people can understand, own and deliver.
My experience combines more than 30 years of commercial and publishing work with business development, transformation, technology, cloud, data, AI, architecture, delivery, training and speaking.
The role changes. The way I see the problem does not.
A media and education platform about the human side of business, technology and change.
The Duality Effect is where I publish the ideas, tools and practical guidance behind my client work.
Through articles, newsletters, frameworks, resources, videos and courses, it helps entrepreneurs, leaders and teams understand how people, business systems, AI and technology need to evolve together.
If eloiseattenborough.com is where private client work begins, The Duality Effect is where the wider conversation, learning and application live.
You do not need a perfect brief. You need a problem worth solving.
Tell me what is happening, what you are trying to create and where progress keeps getting stuck.
I am best placed to help when the change matters commercially, crosses more than one part of the business and needs clearer thinking before more time or money is spent.
You do not need to diagnose the solution before you contact me. That is part of my job.
I review every enquiry myself. If I believe I can help, I will recommend the strongest way to begin.
If I am not the right person, I will tell you.
